If you intend to harm a life form, be it mentally or physically, then you just made a withdrawal with interest.

If you intend to help a life form, then you just made a deposit, with interest.

Do not expect to receive any return from the life form that you have helped, as you are using your energy to help them. Your return will come from a life form that helps you later, just when you least expect it, and more than likely from someone that you do not even know, yet.

It is a lot harder to help a life form, as it is too easy not to get involved or take advantage of the situation.
